If caskets I ordered arrive damaged?

The funeral home should check the casket when delivered to make sure that there is no damage, if there is, Southeastern will take care of filing the claims with the freight company and replace the casket promptly.

Is there liability insurance on Asian caskets?

Southeastern Casket does have liability insurance and is glad to provide proof to any of our customers.

Will there be wood pallets and hard to dispose of material if I order by freight?

No! Our caskets are well packed to prevent damage, but all of our packing materials can be placed in the normal funeral home trash or taken to the local recycle center.

Will cartons delivered by freight truck be hard to get off of the truck?

No! Our caskets are packaged so that they can be unloaded individually, making them much easier to handle.

What if I receive a casket I am not satisfied with?
